All Levels Yoga

Gentle Yoga
​
Join me for these Live yoga classes featuring variations of traditional yoga postures appropriate for anyone who can safely get down on the floor and back to standing. These classes are designed for practitioners looking for a gentle introduction to yoga, people healing from an injury or health event and anyone who wants to take a slower, gentler approach to their body on any given day. Much of this class can be modified for chair yoga, but also check out my Prerecorded Chair Yoga Classes on the Prerecorded Classes Page. Gentle Yoga Classes are offered via Zoom. Saturday Slow Flow

Linking movement to breath is the essence of yoga. During this 1-hour weekend class Live via Zoom we will use asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath techniques), and yoga philosophy to more deeply unified the inseparable trio: mind, body & spirit. Chair Yoga /
30 minute Desk Yoga Break
​
This entire class is taught seated in a chair. This class is an appropriate yoga option for individuals with with mobility concerns and people needing to avoid getting down on the floor. The Live class also can provide a much-needed break from desk work by offering breath work, stretches and seated yoga postures to nourish your body and mind. Yoga Basics Series
4 Week Membership
Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey, beginning it again or want to get back to what it felt like when yoga was new to you, this 4-part series is for you. In 4 prerecorded classes, each approximately 20 minutes long, we will explore fundamental yoga postures through in-depth verbal descriptions and physical demonstrations. The fundamental principles of alignment and breath work will be covered as well as some yoga philosophy. The Yoga Basic Series will lay the ground work for your return to in-person classes, create a solo home yoga practice and give you a better understanding of how your body, mind and spirit can be unified to give you more overall peace and ease in your daily life.

10-Minute Wake Up Yoga
4-Week Membership
This yoga series includes 10 10-minute videos to help you wake up your body and mind whether you choose to do them first thing in the morning or in the middle of the day when you need a burst of energy and mental focus.
Each prerecorded class runs approximately 10 minutes which means you can do one or put a couple of classes together to make your own longer yoga practice. Use the BONUS 10-minute breathing meditation before or after any of the physical yoga classes, but, of course, it is beneficial done by itself anytime.
Classes in this series range from gentle seated and supine (lying on the back) yoga sequences to dynamic yoga flow and moderately challenging standing sequences. If you are able please try each of the 10 classes in no particular order or come back every day to do your favorites.

Back Pack
Yoga

This Back Pack Yoga Series includes 5 short yoga sequences. Each prerecorded sequence runs about 10-15 minutes in duration and features yoga poses designed to stretch and strengthen muscles in the body that can help increase back health and alleviate the tension and stress on the low back that often leads to lack of mobility and back pain. Classes in this series include some weight bearing on hands and knees, gentle back-lying and belly-lying poses, seated yoga poses, and standing balancing poses. The classes are designed to be done individually, layered together or used before or after your regular yoga practice or exercise routine.
